Be aware of their lies... would never recommend this dealers I leased a vehicle from this dealership, when I signed the contract, they try to sell you as many add-ons as they can, so in order to sell me the Hyun I leased a vehicle from this dealership, when I signed the contract, they try to sell you as many add-ons as they can, so in order to sell me the Hyundai Protection plan for Excess Wear & Use, the finance manager (Rolando Sanabria) lied to me, saying that since it covers up to $5,000, it would also cover my turn-in fee ($400), which is not the case. When I visited this dealership, I felt deceived from the beginning. The seller (Julio Arango) kept my driver's license when I first went to test drive the car. I had to go the next day to get it. I just hope no-one else has to experience a similar situation, so keep away from this place. Before writing this review, I called the dealership on 11/11/2019 and asked to speak with a manager. Jessica answered the phone and said that nothing can be done regarding the turn-in fee. More

My Experience getting my car serviced I appreciate in my guy letting me know that I could get a 10% discount by using my card with Rick Case as opposed to the mail offer. Good Afternoon. This past Friday, 11/1/19, I had my vehicle in for its first service. I had the pleasure of meeting Robert Toppas and Joseph Knowles. Both gentlemen were amazing in providing outstandi vehicle in for its first service. I had the pleasure of meeting Robert Toppas and Joseph Knowles. Both gentlemen were amazing in providing outstanding customer service. They were courteous and knowledgeable. Both exhibited exemplary customer service that all everyone should. Among the items being serviced were the front rotors and brake pads. This in and of itself is both unacceptable and very frustrating on a vehicle with only 2855 miles on it, an issue that I will follow up with Hyundai about in the very near future. However, Robert and Joseph addressed the issues, offered up solutions and went above and beyond to get the job done. I shared this with the Sales Director Mr. Perry at Rick Case. Thank you Robert and Joseph! I will be back again! More
