Since he could handle the issues of the car, he proceeded to take charge. In that manner, we could leave early he said. I thanked him. When we were going home, it drizzled. I used the newly changed wiper blades. They worked smoothly, silently, and efficiently. I smiled and thanked God. As I looked back, the word “teamwork” came to mind. When my service advisor was not around, any of his colleagues would come and help. I’m very grateful and pleased. Thank you so much to the company and to the concerned service advisors. More

We came in with only two different models in mind. Eddy carefully explained all the feature differences to ensure that we were not paying for more than we actually needed. We test drove both models and made the decision very quickly. (we did go with the Santa Fe Limited 2.0T - could not resist). We then worked through the pricing and there were no real surprises. We got a very fair trade for our old 2009 Santa Fe. Once this was done, it was over to the finance manager, Christian. Again, what a great guy. There was none of the pressure that I have experienced with some previous dealerships when it comes to all those potential "add-ons". We took about 3.5-4 hours from entering the dealership to leaving with our new 2020 Santa Fe. Once again, thanks to Eddy and Christian for a great experience. I would recommend Rick Case Hyundai Davie in a heart beat. Oh, by the way, this is the 4th Hyundai we have purchased. By the way, Christian in Finance was not listed in the employee listing. More

Poor communication and typical South Florida customer servic I made an appt for my vehicle ( under warranty). Got there 15 minutes early, discussed problems and at end of discussion was told it's gonna take at I made an appt for my vehicle ( under warranty). Got there 15 minutes early, discussed problems and at end of discussion was told it's gonna take at least 2 hrs before the car can be looked at....why have a scheduled appt then and could you have told me that before I signed in? Secondly, on hour 3 of waiting, the texts I was to receive to give me updates ( service agent's suggestion) were nil. I txtd to him what's going on. He replies" I'll check and let you know".....And another hour passes. On hour 4 and I'm standing in front of the advisor, ( who was very pleasant but still) and then the "story" ( excuses and apologies). I've been happy with my Hyundai but have had this kind of experience with BOTH Rick Case dealerships....it's doubtful I would return or recommend them, sadly. More

I can definitely say that they have always been totally professional in their customer relations with me. The work has been done correctly and always done in a timely manner. I have worked with over half of the service writers at this dealership during this time period. I have always been made to feel very welcome. Not much more that may need saying!! More
