service to l;ong for oil change If you have a 9:00 AM appointment and you get there on time or a little early it should not take 2 plus hours for a simple service like oil change ect If you have a 9:00 AM appointment and you get there on time or a little early it should not take 2 plus hours for a simple service like oil change ect. This is my 3rd service and it never took more then an hour. It is not the service writer it is the people who set up the appointments.
