Hyundia Tuscon The buying process with Rick Case was fairly easy, but we were confused about the final sales price after getting home and viewing it on the flash dri The buying process with Rick Case was fairly easy, but we were confused about the final sales price after getting home and viewing it on the flash drive provided to us by our financial guy, Oscar. We thought we were buying the vehicle at 23,300 and any rebates were to be deducted from THAT price. In actuality, the rebates were taken off one of the TWO sticker prices on the vehicle. This was after we produced a Rick Case ad, advertising the Tuscon at 23,300....we were told the $23,300 price would be honored...but the rebates did not come off the 23,300, they were deducted from one of the two window stickers....we were very disappointed in this. We actually ended up paying full sticker price for the vehicle....this was not to our satisfaction or our understanding. This cost us an additional $4000. We also purchased the extended warranty, but were not informed there would be a $100.00 deductible for EACH incident. Plus we were supposed to receive a $50 gift card for a test drive ....which we have yet to receive. More
