They were very fast, efficient, and respectful. They did not drag me around the dealership trying to convince me to purchase a different car because they did not have the very specific one I wanted in stock (but they did take me around to show me what they did have in stock to see if any of them were what I was looking for), which I very much appreciated. I thought the experience was going to be long and overwhelming, but it was not. I was definitely worried going in buying a car for the first time, but I honestly had a really pleasant experience. The staff went above and beyond to help me get my car, searching for it and getting it from another area of the state within a few hours.
