OUR SALESMAN STEVE LANGDON, WAS WONDERFUL. HAD BEEN LOOKING FOR SEVERAL MONTH AND WAS PUSHED AROUND BY OTHER CAR DEALERS, WAS A BIT SCARED ABOUT THIS WHOLE EXPERIENCE. BUT STEVE WAS NOT PUSHY, HE JUST MADE THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE EASY. SHOWED ME, AND MY HUSBAND WHAT WE WANTED TO SEE, LET US DECIEDE, WENT BEYOND TO GET US THE COLOR WE REALLY WANTED AND THE PRICE. The best car buying experience ever! I arrived twenty minutes after Rick Case Hyundai in Cleveland closed on a Friday evening and was greeted with a smile from every employee that was there! After test driving the car that I wanted the purchasing process was a breeze. The Sales Manager, Bill handled all of the paperwork while the Salesperson, John went above and beyond detailing my new Elantra for delivery since I couldn't wait to take it home. Thank you so much - I will definately recommend this dealership to everyone that mentions they want to buy a new vehicle!

The service of Rick Case dealer is excellent. It's the first time for my dad and I to walk in the dealer to see the car. We were plan to buy a tucson in GLS model with garnet red, but the dealer only has the limited model with garnet red. The dealer gave us a good discount so that we can take that limited model. In addition, Mr Pacholke, the professional sales consultant answered every question that we had, he provided some really nice suggestions to us. At last, thank you Mr Zelina and Adam, thank you so much for providing such a good service, my dad and I really enjoyed the purchase.

Frank was very attentive to our needs in a vehicle. We requested an interest in the elantra touring and he had several to choose from. when I asked for a low mileage 2012 he had the perfect one for us. Great ride, great cooperation from Frank. He was very honest and straight forward.
