This was the second time I had my car serviced here, with Connor helping me (both times took hours longer than they should have). When I checked in there was an error message on the screen saying an error o Connor helping me (both times took hours longer than they should have). When I checked in there was an error message on the screen saying an error occurred when I booked the appointment online, but the error wasn't explained and he said we were good to go, have a seat in the waiting room and he would let me know when the car was ready or if there were any questions. I received a text showing me the work was starting, then after a little over 2 hours, a video showing underneath the car and claiming there was not an issue with the brakes, just the brake sensor. He said the air in the tires had been filled, and they'd bring the vehicle down and send me on my way. After that, I heard nothing for over 90 minutes (after about an hour I sent him an email from the link to the video), and then after 90, I finally went to the service desk, where Connor was pretty rude and condescending. He claimed he had called me (I didn't have a call or voicemail, and was waiting to hear if I wanted them to do my state inspection. I had state inspection on the original service request. I told him I had been waiting in the waiting room for 4 hours now and showed him I didn't have a missed call or voicemail. I did have the service video, but there was no question there about the inspection. I asked why other customers had someone come out to get them in the waiting area; at that point he claimed he had done that but didn't know what I looked like. I said I did want the state inspection as long as it wouldn't take too long. That was completed quickly and I was on my way after 4 hrs and 20 mins. However, when I got in the car, my check engine light was on and the brake sensor was still going off. By that point I was in a rush and had to leave. But what an unhelpful waste of my time experience. I will say that other employees in the service department appear to be more helpful and nicer, but I don't think I will be back again. More

The service was performed in a timely manner. Overall the issue was resolved which was great for me. However, there was some issues with the service. It was difficult to get an appointment. I arrived early for my appointment Monday morning. They were busy that day and probably didn’t diagnosis it until the Tuesday morning. That was fine, but I called a few times Monday afternoon and Tuesday morning but could not reach a service rep for a status on my car. I reached out to the main site and sent a message, which soon afterwards I started receiving messages from the dealership and service departments. They were even able to fix the minor issue as well that morning. It would have been nice to get a call or message Monday afternoon just letting me know that the car will be diagnosed Tuesday. The service department was very kind and busy. Again, I just needed better communication from the beginning. Overall I’m glad they were able to diagnose and find the problem and resolve it that same day. More
