I'm sure that she's a very nice person. But somewhat of a disappointment. Compared to your last service manager, Garry Ferry. She dose not interact with the customers base. Service bait and switch On 4/17/2019 I had a scheduled appointment for an oil change and tire rotation on my 2014 SS. Intentions were to get the 8-Quart dexos1® Oil Change, On 4/17/2019 I had a scheduled appointment for an oil change and tire rotation on my 2014 SS. Intentions were to get the 8-Quart dexos1® Oil Change, coupon code 224 @$59.95 and the 4-Tire Rotation, coupon code 242 @ $19.95. On arrival spoke to Service Advisor Joseph Torregrasso and then decided upgrade to Mobile 1 oil expecting to pay the price difference between the two brands of oil and get the 4 tire rotation. When my car was ready Joseph Torregrasso told me that my bill was between $160.00 and $180.00 for the oil change and that I got a 4 tire rotation and balance (clearly explained at registration that I only wanted the tire rotation and was told by Torregrasso "no problem".) I complained that that was a lot of money for those two services and Torregrasso agreed to reduce the price to $125.78 which I paid and left feeling as though I was really taken advantage of. I am a senior at 74 yrs and this is the first time that I have ever felt "ripped off." More
