Service Center. Employees like Edward McKeon in service, and Jesse in oil service,and Ernie in parts. Are your best assets. The new service manger. That's only been Employees like Edward McKeon in service, and Jesse in oil service,and Ernie in parts. Are your best assets. The new service manger. That's only been there a few month. I'm sure that she's a very nice person. But somewhat of a disappointment. Compared to your last service manager, Garry Ferry. She dose not interact with the customers base. A very important attribute for anyone that calls one self a "manager." The numbers will ultimately reflect the bottom line. I have been a regular/loyal to this dealership, since 1994. More
Service bait and switch On 4/17/2019 I had a scheduled appointment for an oil change and tire rotation on my 2014 SS. Intentions were to get the 8-Quart dexos1® Oil Change, On 4/17/2019 I had a scheduled appointment for an oil change and tire rotation on my 2014 SS. Intentions were to get the 8-Quart dexos1® Oil Change, coupon code 224 @$59.95 and the 4-Tire Rotation, coupon code 242 @ $19.95. On arrival spoke to Service Advisor Joseph Torregrasso and then decided upgrade to Mobile 1 oil expecting to pay the price difference between the two brands of oil and get the 4 tire rotation. When my car was ready Joseph Torregrasso told me that my bill was between $160.00 and $180.00 for the oil change and that I got a 4 tire rotation and balance (clearly explained at registration that I only wanted the tire rotation and was told by Torregrasso "no problem".) I complained that that was a lot of money for those two services and Torregrasso agreed to reduce the price to $125.78 which I paid and left feeling as though I was really taken advantage of. I am a senior at 74 yrs and this is the first time that I have ever felt "ripped off." More
