Hi Mrright, I am sorry to hear you are not happy with your remote start and unfortunately we are unable to remove the starter once installed unless it is defective and will replace it with another. I spoke with Chris and he mentioned that when you stopped in he tested it out and it worked as planned, I realize some of the starters are different then you are use to and may take a little too learn the proper use especially in manual transmission trucks. Even though I am unable to refund the purchase I do not want you to be unhappy and will provide you with a free oil change and car wash when you return for your first service. I understand your frustration and hope this helps. Please don't hesitate to contact me with any questions or concerns you have and I would be more than glad to go over specifics.
