I was charged $468. 63 just to let me know that my car needs a harvest. I believe they keep the car longer to charge more with an expensive diagnostic HR rate. Not friendly, I had an appointment at 12pm. I arrived at 11:50. At 3:00 I went to check on my vehicle , the young lady told me it would be going in in 10 came and minutes. I told her the time I arrived at 11:50. At 3:00 I went to check on my vehicle , the young lady told me it would be going in in 10 came and minutes. I told her the time of the appointment and had been waiting 3 hrs. Already, she got smart with me, I told her I couldn't ssay any longer, I had to go to work. She never came and explained what was going on at all during the whole time I was there. People came hrs after I did left before I did,no one told us anything.
