Service horrible. Finally had enough. Purchased many vehicles from them but every service experience was the same. Make appointment and wait. After wait horrible. Finally had enough. After waiting two hours on one scheduled service visit, went to ask service what the delay was and they wouldn't even acknowledge I was standing there while they continued to hold an obvious private conversation! Shocked to find sales staff would offer no support. Service needs complete overhaul and new attitude. When I tried to discuss with management, they made the comment that they didn't have any other complaints, yet when I was setting in the waiting area on every service visit, almost every customer complained about wait time. Disappointing! More

Taken advantage of. I was an out of state buyer. I purchased a g8 that Tom Clark Chevy had for sale. The mileage was under 22,000. The online pictures look good. The desc I was an out of state buyer. The sales agent Bernie McManus had the car cleaned and he personally inspected the exterior of the car for me. He told me the car had only a small scratch on rear bumper and scuff on bottom of front facia. I felt that was acceptable so I purchased the car in the amount of 19,423 dollars. I ordered a fully enclosed shipping trailer for pick up. When the car arrived I instantly seen a dent about the size of a baseball on the passenger front fender. Also the car had 7 gouges in the paint about 2 to 4 inches in length on several different body panels. All the exterior damage was very evident. Also the shipper listed all the damage on a report during pick up. I photoed all the damage that was not stated to me. The photos and damage report from shipper and estimate to repair damage was sent to Tom Clark Chevy. After calling several times and emails ,Tom Clark Chevy has declined to fix any damage. SHAME ON TOM CLARK CHEVY for not making good on this issue. More
Very bad business acumen My wife and I were interested in 2 2015 tahoes. 1 was on the the lot the other was on loan to an area sports figure. We were going to buy one or the other and asked if we could see the one that was on loan. The salesman told us he had already begun the process of getting that car back. He called the next day and said the car was there. We went down 3 hours later for our scheduled appointment and they told us they sold the car. At the very least, they could have called so we didn't waste a trip back in. I don't know if the other car even existed or if it were used to bait customers in with a low price on a non-extistent car. We made our purchase at a more reputable dealership and are happy with the Tahoe. Don't waste your time with this shady dealership. as a side note: This would have been the second large purchase I made there in less than 12 months. More

I am accustomed to the dealer doing a follow up phone call, usually 2-3 weeks after purchase to be certain the vehicle was performing properly. I never received any follow up call from Tom Clark. Also, the ON STAR system never worked from day one. I called Tom Clark service 3 times trying to get an early morning appointment for repair, but they never had time and never set up an appointment. And FORGET about vehicle orientation! They have a teenager who attempts to explain the radio to you, but when you ask him detailed questions about the vehicle his knowledge and personality falls flat! Tom Clark is there to make a sale only, but NOT to satisfy the customer!! I will buy my next vehicle at another location. More
