Thanks,for the response. I've been back several times since I wrote that note. My interactions have only been with service. I am working though with Marty to find me a new special needs type of car. I'm handicapped now. I know its hard to find good salesmen or to keep them for any length of time. Maybe if you taught them in the same manners as you train a new service adviser, you would get better quality and weed out the bad apples.
