Let me just start off and say that Road Sport is in a league of their own when it comes to selling cars. The minute I walked onto that lot, I was pempered with great customer service. No, I did not have that annoying sales guy experience who will not leave you alone. After going to BMW Stevens Creek and not getting them to work with me on a loan, I was not optomistic about going somewhere else and getting a car. I was dissapointed in Stevens Creek BMW and suprised that they did not want my business. Although my situation seemed a little complicated, Road Sport stepped up to the plate and wanted my business. Let me start off with Frank, the sales guy! He is extremely knowledgeable in car sales, pleasant,and professional. Frank is a straight shooter, and you can tell they base their business not only good on customer service but honesty, something alot of dealers don't do these days!!! Anton, the finance guy is great, easy to talk to, very professional, and is very honest regarding fees or protection plans for your vehicle. Both of these guys represent Road Sport extremely well, they will go the extra mile for you when you are ready to make a purchase. If you want a particular car with certain features, they will find it. What sets Road Sport apart from everyone is that they are second to none in customer service. when you walk on to that lot, you don't feel like you are going to get ripped off and get surrounded by sharks. I bought a used 2006 330i BMW with 23,000 miles and could not be happier!!! I'm 35 years of age, and having visited several dealers in my time, Road Sport is the Best of the Best!!! Can't say enough good things about RoadSport. You get a different level of customer service than what you're used to. Clint and his son run a high quality shop with integrity and customer service at the center of everything they do. I have purchased two cars from them -- and my wife and I were extremely happy with the cars, the purchasing process and price. They have also helped me out with all my car-related issues regardless of where I purchased the car.

I have dealt with RoadSport for the past 10 years and I have nothing but praise for this company. They are very trustworthy and provide excellent service. This is a family run business; Clint Ralls and son Clint Jr. are two of the most honest people I know. They care about what they sell you and stand behind your purchase. I have bought several cars and vans from them and have been completely satisfied every time. Five years ago I had a problem with my van. It stopped running about 30 miles from Clint’s shop. I called him and explained the problem. He immediately came to where I was and had the van towed back to his shop and gave me and my wife transportation until the van was repaired. It has been a pleasure dealing with them and we will always continue to do business with Roadsport.

I received top notch service at Roadsport in 2007-8 from father and son, Clint Ralls II and III. They were helpful and informative from beginning to end.

I originally went into the dealership with some apprehension about buying a used car, as I've only purchased new ones in the past. But after test driving and seeing the used cars on their lot, I realized I couldn't see or feel any difference b/t their used cars and the new ones on other dealerships' lots.

I had a few ideas of what my ideal car would be - either white/black/red, sporty, yet practical, and either infiniti/audi/lexus. After discussing the pros and cons and test driving many vehicles, Clint Ralls found a perfect match for me - a 2005 Audi A4 3.0. This car was 10 times BETTER than what I could have imagined. The car handled very well, yet was still practical and extremely fast and sporty. Mr. Ralls found me a car that was in such great condition, if Audi had not changed his body style recently, I would have never guessed it was a 2005. It easily looked like it had only been driven for a year or less. Since then, Roadsport has been there for my every need, question or concern (no matter how small or ridiculous my request) regarding my car.

In the future, when I choose to trade in my Audi for a more family friendly car or SUV, I will most definitely work with RoadSport. I've never had such great service at a dealership. I'm a customer for life!

People say that buying a car is the second hardest thing behind buying a home. Well, at RoadSport, the experience is so easy and enjoyable that I’ve purchased three cars from them over the course of just six years. These include a C5 Corvette, a Chevy Blazer, and a BMW 330ci and they have all been excellent buys. There are many reasons that have made me a repeat and loyal customer. One of the main reasons is the utmost friendliness and attention to customer-satisfaction by both Clint Ralls II and Clint Ralls III. They are always willing to go the extra mile to take care of my needs. As soon as you let them know what vehicle you are looking for, they get to work and start looking and not just around the local area but all along the West Coast. When they find your perfect car, they make sure to make it look immaculate before you take ownership. What makes their cars even better is their very good value. All of my cars have been better deals than compared to private owners or dealerships. Unlike dealerships, RoadSport also sells comprehensive warranties at very reasonable prices. With RoadSport, I may never have reason to purchase a new vehicle again. I only wish buying a home were this enjoyable.

I've known the owners of RoadSport for almost 15 years, and I've gone to them for all my car purchases exclusively. I can't say enough about the quality and service the staff provides. Whether you know exactly what kind of car you're shopping for, or if you have a set of criteria you're looking to match, RoadSport will search high and low to find you the car of your dreams. My last purchase was a 2003 BMW X5, which they secured through an auction from BMW North America Headquarters in Washington State. It was three years old and in perfect condition, with only 27K miles on it - even now, more than two years later, I still get compliments on how new it looks. My parents and sister are also customers of RoadSport, and whenever friends are thinking about a new car purchase, I always tell them to check out RoadSport before they go through the hassle of a large corporate dealer. For me, the value of working with a trusted, family-owned business with Silicon Valley roots hands-down beats every other auto website or name-brand dealer out there.
