The salesman Jimmy Carpenter was very knowledgeable about the car we where interested in. He showed us alot about the car , it technically and that was alot. When I took my vehicle in VS when I had my wife take the same vehicle in was shocking. They tried to get her to do services completely not needed that are not even recommended by GMC. They attempted to turn same vehicle in was shocking. They tried to get her to do services completely not needed that are not even recommended by GMC. They attempted to turn an oil change into a more than $800 bill with additional services not even needed. Complete predatory behavior and I will NEVER use this dealership again. More
