1st scheduled service here. My pre owned vehicle with 31,000 miles on it was scheduled for oil change, tire rotation and recall work. After waiting several weeks to get an appointment, work was performed 31,000 miles on it was scheduled for oil change, tire rotation and recall work. After waiting several weeks to get an appointment, work was performed, did not receive call back that work was complete, fluids were not filled, technicians left greasy hand prints on drivers seat, interior of driver door. Service perforned 6/15/2021 Unsure if Advisor performed the work, do not want to throw him under the bus. More

I traded in my Kia and submitted paperwork for a refund of the extended warranty and gap insurance. I have called finance at the Olathe dealership numerous times in the past 6 months for the status and get of the extended warranty and gap insurance. I have called finance at the Olathe dealership numerous times in the past 6 months for the status and get no response back or returned calls, just promises of returned calls. I am upset with the length of time and the no assistance. It is poor customer service. Next step is an attorney. More
