When we were ready to visit with Joe, he was professional and did not push us to an immediate decision. We did some checking on the internet regarding the RV we were interested in. A couple of days later we went back to work out the trade in and sale details. Making a purchase of this magnitude is always a bit unsettling, but Joe, Tom, Rob, and Steve were professional, answered our questions clearly and helped us through the process without pressure. Our selection was made from a fifth wheel on the lot. It lacked a few items we wanted but also included a few we didn't care about such as a dish washer, garbage disposal and fireplace. Our currently owned trailer was evaluated based on the year and condition and a price was then accepted by both parties. We also found Rob Crist, Jr. to be most pleasant and knowledgeable about titles, taxes, etc. in our state. I would recommend this dealership for knowledge, efficiency as well as customer service.
