Robert’s Toyota stole 2,000 dollars from me on a deal that didn’t go through . They sent me home with the 2026 Highlander and made me believe I was approved and financed through Toyota Financial Services that didn’t go through . They sent me home with the 2026 Highlander and made me believe I was approved and financed through Toyota Financial Services. Then I get a text message asking me for more information. My wife and I were perplexed . We bought 2 other Toyotas earlier this year with no issues. I have hired a national law firm to sue them for misrepresentation and for not returning my 2,000 down payment. I filed a complaint with the consumer financial protection bureau and the Attorney Generals office . I have also filed a complaint with Toyota and the Federal Trade Commission. STAY AWAY this is a CRIMINAL DEALERSHIP . More

I bought a used car from Dean internet sales there were some problems. After he got my money and the car was paid for he would not return my calls in a timely manner. Or he would give. me an answer and l some problems. After he got my money and the car was paid for he would not return my calls in a timely manner. Or he would give. me an answer and lie. Paul the general sales manager contacted me. Put on a big show like he was going to do something and never followed through. I Left him 3 messages.He has not contacted me back.. I asked the two of these guys why they were buying and selling repossessed cars , a new toyota dealer. They didn't even realize they were. I guess they're just desperate. Or they just don't pay attention. Once they get your money they are the hardest people in the world to get a hold of. But the bottom line is their service department and sales department are the worst. Do yourself a favor find a different dealer. More
