No issues with the service however, communication with the customer could be better. Not informing the customer of the possibility of not having transportation the day of service and one phone call in two the customer could be better. Not informing the customer of the possibility of not having transportation the day of service and one phone call in two months about part availability could be improved upon. JR was absolutely wonderful! He helped me get out of a car that I was stressed being in into a car that I truly felt I would love and I do! I told him if it wouldn’t work out with this car I would go for my second choice. Thankfully he was able to make it work for my first choice and I truly couldn’t thank him more! I’m so happy and more excited to drive my new car than I was with my old car. Thank you so much JR! And also he is wonderful with children! I had to bring my kids along to sit and wait a few hours to get everything settled with the banks and he was great with my almost 3 year old! Chris in the finance department was also absolutely wonderful and made it so easy to get the paper work done within a few minutes!
