He was very polite, businesslike but NOT overbearing as some salesman can be. He was approachable, very informative and accomodating. He walked me around asked what me needs and price range were. He explained options to me that I was never informed about at the several other dealerships. This allowed me to get my 2011 Dodge Journey which I really Love.
