Larry, Thanks for your feedback. Sorry you were unhappy with Tim's presentation. Tim has been with us for almost ten years, and has been a Finance and Insurance manager for almost twenty years, so he does know his stuff. Tim usually goes over the choices for items such as insurances (gap, life, accident and health) and other things such as protection packages, and then tells the customer to go home and let him know if any are of interest. I am surprised you felt you had to be "rescued", but we need to make sure all customers are offered the products so if, for instance, gap insurance was not offered, but was later needed, we would have been negligent in not offering it.
