Timothy Wylie was an excellent service rep. I mostly appreciated his kindness and friendly nature. I should note that I knew I could use their shuttle to travel to my job, so having that as a backup plan helped make the experience at Ron Craft Chevrolet feel worry-free and convenient. More
Normal 5* review. your service department failed this day. Brought my 2014 in for service (oil and tire rotation). everything went well up until I left. Didn't get out of driveway my Stabilitrac and ABS lights come on, on my console. turn around and come back. One nice lady comes out pulls code's, ask who was the initial person I talked to, and took me to her. She was like nothing we can do it to late leave your truck or come back week. That's all great in theory if I had another vehicle to use to get back and forth to work and I wasn't 20 miles from hm. My truck didn't come in with those codes and shouldn't leave with those codes. her excuse was it to close to closing and we dont have a tech to look at them. so leave it or comeback next week. She was like all we did was a oil change and tire rotation we couldn't have done this. So to keep from causing a scene and cops being called I walked away. I have already typed most of this in a txt message and no reply but this xxxx email. so guess I will start looking for a new dealership to have service done. More

Bought a brand new Cadillac from this dealer had issues with the air conditioning after only two years of owning was told by the dealership the repairs would not be covered by the warranty. Spoke to the se with the air conditioning after only two years of owning was told by the dealership the repairs would not be covered by the warranty. Spoke to the service manager he was rude and didn’t care to hear anything we had to say attempted to speak to the general manager of the dealership was told he would give me a call never heard from him. Went by there to speak to him at 4 PM one day and was told he only works until three every day spoke to General Motors/Cadillac. All they did was call the dealer to confirm the same story I already have needless to say I am getting rid of my Cadillac, and I will never own a GM product again. Ron craft Cadillac/Chevrolet is the absolute worst customer service I have ever seen. More

I took my chevy impala to this place after several thousands of dollars car still not fixed.Troy the service manager is a BIG lier the text basically was just changing parts hoping he fixed it. So last time there tro said if it's not fixed and you gotta bring it back it be on him.So end up taking it back they kept it another month then Troy decided to say I don't think nothing wrong with the car.really you think I just bring it for no reason.
