The salesman we spoke to on the phone originally was not there at the dealerhsip but he already had another salesman set up to meet with us. We bought a 2012 Ford Flex from Ron Dupratt Ford. They were not the closest dealer for us but had the vehicle we wanted in stock so I made the longer drive. Jeremy was very friendly and enthusiastic. Paul was knowledgeable about what options I had for ordering a Flex and what was available in dealer stock. Paul gave me a great price on the vehicle they had on the lot. There was much more negotiation with Daryl when it came to the value for my trade-in but I had my bottom line firmly in mind and we eventually reached it. There was the usual push from the finance manager to buy an extended warranty and the whole buying process took longer than I hoped (2 hours) but I am very pleased with my new car and what I paid for it. More
