I have bought several cars in my lifetime but I have never been treated as well as I was at Ron Hopkins Ford. Everyone went out of there way to make sure I got everything I needed and they saved me some money. I would definately recommend them to anyone I know that is buying a car.

I am a former customer and have experience the great service at Ron Hopkins Ford. I was searching on line for a used car and
Jason responded to my search . So we decided to make a visit to Ron Hopkins Ford looked up Jason and he showed us a
few cars . Well we fell for a beautiful black fusion sport, we worked out a great deal . Jason and all the people were Friendly
and very helpful. There are many dealers out there but you wont find the customer service you get here.

I just bought my first car of my life at this dealer. I was just looking from dealer to dealer looking for a good used car. Ron Hopkins Ford happened to have a car I wanted to try. We were greeted by Jason Milburn. He is absolutely wonderful! I was really cautious with my purchase because it was my first time and I felt absolutely no pressure from Jason. He didn't interrupt, get defensive, or pressure me out of my price range. I ended up buying from him and I look forward to my first new car which I will most certainly go back to them for!

Glenn Hardek walked me through getting a new car, answered all of my questions and made sure that I had the best price available to me. He made sure that I knew how to operate everything in my car.

This is the 3rd vehicle we purchased from Ron Hopkins Ford. Jason Milburn is a sales person you can trust. I told him what I was looking for and the price range. Jason presented me with an estimated price. The vehicle exceeded my expectations in quality and cleanliness. We closed the deal for the original estimated price. I was also given the opportunity to purchase additional options and warranty with no added pressure to buy. We had a great car buying experience at Ron Hopkins Ford. Glenn was a very patient and knowledgeable sales guy. We first visited the dealership in November or December and took over 3 months to finalize on the car. Glenn showed us a couple of different vehicles and then allowed us to proceed at our own pace. At no point were we pushed or rushed into making a decision. Once we made our decision, the rest of the process/paperwork etc went very smoothly. My husband went looking at cars and met Ron McKinley he greeted him with a big hello and a smile. My husband told Ron what I was looking for and my price range and gave my husband info on the car he thought I might like. A few days later we returned Ron greeted us with a big hello and rememberd my husbands name and took care of us right away. Ron took us to the car he and my husband looked at told me all about it and told us to take it for a drive and we did and I knew I had my new car!! Ron was so helpfull and explained step by step what was what with the car and what I needed to do to get the car. The last car I had the dealer only spoke to my husband even though I was getting the car and sitting next to him, Ron spoke to me eye to eye and that was so nice he made me feel vary good about the purchase and helped us in any way he could.
