The staff is friendlier than Nordstrom, as hard as that is to accomplish, but they go above and beyond every time, no matter how big or how small my needs are. The car was immaculate when I bought it - freshly washed - even after our test drive! They were able to get me financed in no time so that I could be on the road and have the peace of mind that only the 5-star rating an Acura can offer.
