I had a very negative experience with Kyler. He was rude and condescending regarding an issue with a preowned car that had just over 13,000 miles on it, that would not start. I had my car for ap He was rude and condescending regarding an issue with a preowned car that had just over 13,000 miles on it, that would not start. I had my car for approximately a month. The battery was dead after a month. When I talked to him about getting reimbursed for the battery he responded not the dealerships problem. He did not attempt to be understanding or helpful. Had he said "oh that's to bad" or "I understand you are feeling frustrated" it would have made me feel respected, heard and like what I was saying was important. I dealt with several of the management people after that who did reimburse for the battery. This is my second Honda. I could not recommend buying a car from him. More
