I feel that this is the only place I can go to get help with my Kia. When I called for my last appointment, the lady (very pleasant) said it would take 3 days for perform a diagnostic test. I booked my app with my Kia. When I called for my last appointment, the lady (very pleasant) said it would take 3 days for perform a diagnostic test. I booked my appointment for a day when a loner car would be available. When I got there for the appointment, Brian (very pleasant and personable) said that wasn't the case. Turns out, after about an hour, all that was wrong was that my tires were underinflated. For that, I was charged $280.00. I thought that was very unfair. I'm retired, and financially underwater, due to the current economy. However, I simply can't be without my car. More

Worked on my sons new sportage twice, both times said it was fixed, Got in it and did the exact same thing it had been doing. Screen keeps flickering and going out while driving.
