This dealership changed my mind about the car buying experience! Tracy was so friendly and the staff was very upfront and honest. They helped us the whole way through. I had a terrible experience with pohanka honda in fredericksburg on numerous occasions that really left a bad taste in mouth. This dealer with their amazing staff, changed all of that a year later. I will always remember this experience and if I ever have to do business elsewhere, any other dealer and staff have big shoes to fill. Thank you tracy and staff!

I have worked with Orlando previously, he is an acceptional salesman! Non-hassleing, you tell him what you need and what you can afford and he works it out all the way thru! I purchased a new Nissan Titan on 2/16/13. I had the best experience buying a new car I have ever had. I bought my very first new car from Ron Rosner himself way back when the dealership was in downtown Fredericksburg on Lafayette Blvd. That was a great experience, too. I have purchased many since then from Rosner and I have bought from Mr. Rick Evans from another dealership. That was a special experience as well. I was looking for a certain vehicle and talked with the Mr. Evans and Alan Cianflone and felt right at home. In fact I felt better than being with family. You guys made me feel like I was the most important person in the dealership. No pressure and completely professional. The entire team at Stafford Nissan was excellent, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Mr. Evans and Rosner are a better than perfect combination for me and my family (extended too). I have already started spreading the news of this perfect dealership located in Stafford. I'm already making plans for my next purchase from them and more than likely a third. Kenny was friendly, knowledgable, and professional. He worked with us to get the price we wanted on our trade and sold us a great slightly used Nissan Juke. Orlando also helped out by getting a great rate to finance the purchase. Overall, it was an efficient and pleasant experience surrounding this purchase and would recommend to others!

I worked with George to purchase a Nissan Quest minivan. I also had a trade in (Pathfinder). I was surprised to find out that they would exceed the trade in deal I was offered by another dealer! Honesty, integrity and helpful is all I can say! I gave George a budget and he worked very hard with Patrick to help put me in my brand new Nissan Quest that was within my budget, offering in addition to the warranty, road side assistance, free oil changes for life, free inspections for life as well!

Not only did I get a really good deal on my car from Rosner Nissan, I had a very friendly and easy going service from all the employees. I had came from 2 other dealers that day that didn't come close to the service and exceptional effort put forth by the people at Rosner. They also listened to what I wanted for a vehicle and my situation and
instead of jerking me around like the previous dealers did, they helped me to get what I needed and were honest about it.

I had shopped several dealers, found the car that I wanted, a Maxima with the Sport Package. They had the car, I made an offer over the phone. The Manager, Mr Grimm, said that assuming the cars checked out we had a deal. When I got to the dealership, there were NO SURPRISES! All promises made at time of delivery have been honored in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend the team at Rosner Nissan.

Went in to buy a new car after doing some Internet research. They were a bit busy. The sales manager couldn't find one of the salesmen. He ordered a female employee to find him. He told her to blow his phone up until she got him. He was yelling at her and bad mouthing the missing employee in front of us. When the employee appeared he chewed him out in front of everyone. He told him how unprofessional he was. I thought the sales manager was the unprofessional one! One of their selling points was the Rosner Rewards program which includes free oil changes and car wash with each oil change. Before we got our first oil change they changed the program. They no longer give car washes. They give a coupon for a car wash at the 610 Car Wash. Now you have to go to two different places and wait your turn twice instead of just once. I would never use the 610 Car Wash. They have a reputation for damaging cars and not repairing them. Not real happy with Rosner but I do like my car.
