My family and I were traveling from Maryland headed towards North Carolina when my Maintenance Required! Light came on and Stayed On!
We pulled over and inspected the the car to find that I was low in engine oil. I thought I could make it to my destination just by adding some oil...needless to say the light continued to stay on. I then proceeded to use my "emergency" function on my car to locate the nearest Toyota Dealer. I immediately drove to Rosner Toyota of Fredericksburg ,Va. There this wonderful young lady greeted me and escorted me to the service area. There I was assisted by Ms. Becky Robertson. I explained my situation to Ms. Becky about the fact that we were supposed to be in North Carolina at a certain time, the family was hungry and "a little upset" for the pit stop. Ms. Robertson made arrangements for the car to be serviced. While we waited for the service the shuttle van dropped and picked us up from "Cracker Barrell" where we had breakfast. Ms. Robertson kept me abreast of the situation and when we returned gave me a detailed explanation of my service. There is NO DOUBT that I am and would recommend Rosner Toyota. The staff is Friendly, Courteous, Fast and Affordable (especially coming from out of town with car issues). Thank you Ms Becky Robertson, the first young lady that greeted me, the guys that drive the shuttle and the cashier! You guys are Awesome! MFranklin (Maryland)

I had a wonderful experience when trading in my 2010 4Runner and purchasing my 2013 4Runner. I communicated what I was looking for and they found it within 20 minutes. My sales representative, Dan Gatto, was knowledgeable & very helpful. It was a comfortable, no pressure purchase from start to finish. Financing was handled by David Dunne and that was also a nice experience. Pick-up was exciting! Dan was very helpful in helping me with all the new technology and apps.......He even assisted me with syncing my phone. I will certainly use Rosner Toyota for my service needs and will return there when its time to purchase my next 4Runner.

Went in for my 5000 mile service check-up. The service assistant was right there to greet me with a friendly smile. Explained to me what they would be doing on this visit. Then escorted me to the service waiting area. This dealership has always provided me with great service and there friendliness is outstanding. Would recommend Rosner Toyota to everyone. I don't usually give reviews however; this time I will make an exception. Deon Shamberger deserves praise for what an amazing associate he truly is. He went above and beyond his call, and it was clear to me he truly cared about me as a person. Most sales people are just trying to make a quick sale not him he answered all my questions and helped me get the vehicle I wanted. This is now my second car buying experience through him. I couldn't ask for more and he is the only one I will ever buy from. I recommend him very highly to anyone looking to buy a car you will not be disappointed. Thank you, for all your help!

The freindliness of the staff is exceptional. I was greeted as I walked in as if I was a close friend of the associate though we had only met twice previously. Since my oil change was free I certainly had no complaints about price but the addition of the tire rotation and car wash was an especially nice service to have received (the pollen is terrible right now). Overall, I would have no reservations about recommending this Toyota dealership to anyone, even those who may not own a Toyota themselves.

Everyone included in the visit, from the individual who wrote up my service request to the cashier, was very pleasant and friendly. I have bought 4 Toyotas from this dealership over the past 7 years. The sale men are very knowledgable and always willing to work with you to make deal fit what I needed. The follow-up service is excellent. Tarron and the other service advisers make reasonable suggestion for the care of the car and I never feel pressured to have something done. this dealership live up to it reputation.

If you need a car new or used see Saige Thomas at rosner toyota in fredericksburg he is awesome i went to purchase a vehicle and he stayed right with me and my fiance the whole time told us what was hapening every step of the way and made sure we had awesome service best auto buying experience i have ever had. At one point i needed change for a $20 to buy a drink and no one had it so he gave me money right out of his pocket. So Saige Thomas good salesman great guy i will be back to that dealership for my next vehicle.

This was our 5th vehicle purchase from Rosner Toyota, but our first purchase from the Fredericksburg location. Jim Foskey was an excellent salesperson to work with. He was friendly, but we didn't feel like we were "pounced on" by a salesman. He was able to locate the exact car I was interested in and brought the car to my workplace to make shopping very convenient for me. He was able to answer all of my questions and demonstrate all of the car's features including navigation, bluetooth, voice and audio. He was helpful in negotiating price, getting the payment pretty close to what I was hoping for. I needed a couple of aftermarket features and he followed up to make sure everything was taken care of. He delivered all weather mats to my workplace. I will recommend Jim to any of my friends that are looking to buy a new vehicle. I would drive back to the Fredericksburg location to buy another vehicle from him, even though we live much closer to the Stafford location.

Rosner Toyota of Fredericksburg is a great dealership. They are incredibly friendly and knowledgable on the cars that they sell. The salespeople are not pushy, and went out of the way to find the exact car I wanted. Then, we had painless price negogiation where they were not pushy at all. Overall it was a great experience, and I highly recommend them. They are all straightforward, which I can't say the same about other Toyota dealers in the area.
