2 months and still waiting for new transmission (the second transmission under warranty for the same van )… I’m down a van and service has no idea when the new transmission will come in. Chris has inter second transmission under warranty for the same van )… I’m down a van and service has no idea when the new transmission will come in. Chris has intervened with no success. I had a transmission put in another van from a different dealership in a week. My van is the one sitting at the back of the lot —probably needs a new battery now too… More

My 1st trip to Rothrock everyone was very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. I was looking for a used frontier they got the keys an encouraged me to drive it.
