My salesman, Eric was so patient with me. I could not decide which vehicle I wanted to buy. He was not pushy and was able to answer all my questions on each vehicle. Our salesman, Ross, got us to agree to a price on our 2024 RAV4 and had us sign a piece of paper with the figure written on it. He said he would go get the printouts for us to take to our credit union f 2024 RAV4 and had us sign a piece of paper with the figure written on it. He said he would go get the printouts for us to take to our credit union for our financing. When he came back and gave us the printouts he didn’t mention any changes, just said to take the paperwork to our credit union for the loan. Fortunately we looked closely and saw that the numbers and price were back to the original higher price that we had NOT agreed to. Ross tried to play it cool and innocent, but it was a total bait and switch. Then another guy, Alex, tried everything to prevent us from leaving. We were disgusted and exhausted and it was 9 pm. We didn’t want to stay for several more hours. He went back into the building then suddenly came back out and said we could come back the next day. We were surprised but left and got home around 9:30 pm. Ross then waited another hour then suddenly texted us and said they had “forgotten” to give us back our drivers licenses, so we of course HAD to return the next day. These guys are so shady, we felt victimized. I will never recommend this dealership nor do business with them again. I would not trust these salespeople to sell me the air I breathe. More

Was told a truck would be available to test drive the following morning, drove 4 hours to be told 45 minutes prior to arrival that the truck has been sold on a deal that’s been happening for a week. Then following morning, drove 4 hours to be told 45 minutes prior to arrival that the truck has been sold on a deal that’s been happening for a week. Then proceeded to try to sell me a much higher priced vehicle and offered a “discount” of $7000 but were using a price $5000 higher than advertised to start from. Awful experience, awful tactics. They took 3 weeks to paid off the trade of my car which is very strange.
