Mr. Phillips greeted both my daughter and I upon our arrival at the Roush used car dealership. My daughter intruduced us and said she looking to purchase a Honda. Mr. Phillips asked what she was interested in purchasing. She quickly gave him specifics. He didn't try to talk her into something else. He simply guided her to the proper area of the lot and helped her narrow down the field of choice based on her perameters. He was personable, never pushy, always focused on my daughter, the customer, not me the mom. He answered her questions directly to her, not me. Never talked down to her, answered the many queries she had with much patience and clarity. He even made the negotiation pleasant! Mr. Phippips made purchasing her first car a wonderful experience for both of us. We have already given Mr. Phillips' name to our friends looking to purhase used Hondas. I had a bad wheel bearing on my Odyssey that felt like it was going to throw my wheel off on the freeway. I didn't realize how serious a wheel bearing could be until I looked it up on the internet and found was going to throw my wheel off on the freeway. I called Roush Honda when I got to work, explained my situation...Richard so kindly worked me in their busy schedule and fixed it. It didn't get done as promised due to some minor glitches that day so they gave me a loaner car and then Richard called on the way home to see if everything was okay. They have always been tops on my list for honesty, integrity, and service. I know I can trust them compared to another dealer that told me things were wrong that weren't. The care you receive in the Service Dept. and Sales is superior to that of any dealer in Central Ohio. Richard was exemplary in service, caring, and manner. Employees like Richard is what sets Roush Honda above the rest. I must add that Mark was exceptionally helpful, also. More
