My Review of Route 22 Nissan:
Very poor customer service. Attempted to raise my lease rate after accepting my down payment. Vehicle was not ready to pick up when they were given one weeks notice of pickup. Waited over two hours.
This dealership really lives up to the "car salesman" cliche'
You have to be careful no matter where you may shop for a car, however, do yourself a favor and don't even go here.

My Review of Route 22 Nissan:
The worste buying experience I have ever had! Truely disgusting... be prepared for lies, lies, and more lies. Purchased a used vehicle after viewing internet advertisement. They play games with sales and Management when working deals... even after asking about fees and expenses... they rush you through paper work and you are charged obsene additional fees.
If you have any problems with your purchase, forget about getting phone calls returned or any help in resolving. This dealership practices dump and run.
Any and all reasonable attepts to resolve product and service issues are met with responsibility shuffle and no returned calls.
Stay far far away from this dealership!!! The even have the nerve to agree to items and two days leter change their story and then ask if you have it in writing... what a dump.

I went to this dealer to buy a used car. I saw an ad by them in a leading internet site and that was the reason why I went there. I would say, it was the worst experience with any dealer I had in my life. They treat you like beggars and I really dont know why people should go there. There was a manager, who is a bit old, maybe in his 50s, who was very rude and was not very helping. They openly told that they put low price on the internet so that people would come to their showroom, by which I really got pi**** off. I would say, keep this dealer as your very last option.

My Review of Route 22 Nissan:
Dealers were friendly, but this is a very dishonest dealership, do NOT go there. They took a deposit from me to try to find a car (which I later found was completely pointless) and never refunded it. I had to dispute it with my credit card company. Secretary extremely rude when I tried to discuss it with her. STAY AWAY!

Go to Nissan of Turnersville if you are in NJ, and ask for Mark Mills - worth the drive and friendliest and most honest dealer I've ever worked with.

After almost two hours of negotiating with Mr. Ziad he visibly started plaing with car price he was not polite and finally told (yelling) to his valuable customers that we have just wasted his valuable time ( NICE CHRISTMAS WISHES) , Therefore we thanked and left to other dealership and worked out a beautiful deal. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO THIS DEALERSHIP ROUTE 22 NISSAN at 399 ROUTE 22 WEST TOTALLY WASTE OF TIME AND NERVES

My Review of Route 22 Nissan:
The worst dealer I have ever dealt with, unprofessional in many ways. Purchased a new maxima, when I got home the battery would not start -- car was delivered to me with a dead battery and scratched on the front bumper. I later took the car back to get the bumper repaired, they argued that they coudln't give me a loaner, I fought till they provided me with a rental. When I received my Maxima back, the bumper was sprayed, had to take it a local body shop and got it repaired the correct way. I would never buy another car there, nor recommend to anyone!

My Review of Route 22 Nissan:
I was decided on leasing Nissan Altima, and this pushy sales person pissed me off and I decided to lease it from other Nissan showroom.

They waist your time, by going 2-3 times to the manager "God knows if they really go, but they say so". And, then come up with readjusted rate which is even more, but looks better to a person who is not very good in calculation. When you just do the Maths in front of them and show the numbers, obviously they are angry and then in my case the person came to a very cheap level (insulting remarks) which my wife so much disliked that, she told me to leave immediately and hence I threw back insult back at him by giving reply in his language.

*Note- There may be other salesman, who are good, just that the one I got was nasty and I decided to put off my sales. It was unfortunate for me that I got this sales person, when all the time I interacted wih Howard, on phone & email. But inspite of saying I wanted to meet him, this guy just jumped in and did all stuff that will make you hate the proffession of "Salesman".

Some of his remarks - Do you work in Mc Donalds? Looks like you get 6-7 dollars an hour man??

When I was at this dealer to buy a car, they offered me a much higher price than the price they put on the Internet. They tried to trick customers with higher price and fooled you if you didn&#8217;t check the Internet before going. This is a dishonest dealer!<br>
