They lie to you bout everything. New 2024 Toyota 4 runner w/ 5200 miles . Went to Rt 44 Toyota to have them look at slow leaking tire…. Told it had a nail in the side wall , cannot patch and said buy a new tire! They offer Went to Rt 44 Toyota to have them look at slow leaking tire…. Told it had a nail in the side wall , cannot patch and said buy a new tire! They offered to replace the tire for $626.97 … what a xxx-ing rip off . I can buy that tire for $244. Elsewhere and mounting balancing old tire disposal and sales tax , a total less than $300. Furthermore, since Toyota new car warranty only gives oil change at 10,000 miles I wanted to more properly care for vehicle with two year free maintenance warranty I had them do oil change (at 5200 miles) at my expense. My question is if they are so greedy for a tire at $626.97 and money appears to be their god how can I be sure that hey even changed the oil let alone the filter . Then I went to a garage and I asked them to look at the tire - amazing , a finishing nail in the tread ( not the sidewall ) of the tire ! And 15 minutes and $15 the tire is repaired ! Though I tried to talk to several people at the dealership it was lik talking to a wall . This dealership will, given the opportunity, take advantage of a customer apparently not caring how hard blue collar people work for their money . And even worse , I am a 100 percent service connected disabled Marine Corps veteran and they could care less ! I am just another sheep for the wolves at Rt 44 Toyota to shear! Everyone and certainly military veterans should stay away from this dealership and spend their money elsewhere !!! Sad people like this are allowed to business Raynham Massachusetts. Do not even deserve 1 star!!!! Some nerve !!!!! More
Briough my granddaughter s Rav in for leaking sunroof . It was there a week , had to call several time even to have them look at it . When they did they charged me 250 and said it needed a 4000 sunroof rep It was there a week , had to call several time even to have them look at it . When they did they charged me 250 and said it needed a 4000 sunroof replacement . I took it to a body shop who fixed it for nothing!! No leaks it's fine . More
Very disappointed with Route 44 Toyota! I brought my suv in for the 15,000 mile oil change and an oil leak, tire’s wearing wrong and drive belt frayed. Service writer said let’s deal with t I brought my suv in for the 15,000 mile oil change and an oil leak, tire’s wearing wrong and drive belt frayed. Service writer said let’s deal with the oil leak first, they said they fixed the oil leak and did the 15,000 mile service. I got my receipt and noticed they bumped up my service to a 20,000 mile service!! I asked about this and was told they had to do an oil change that’s why. So I called Toyota because if they had to do an oil change then that should have been covered by the warranty work done. Toyota said that it is covered under warranty, so Toyota had the relations manager call me, he lied to me and claimed I requested a oil change even though I just had it changed about a week earlier.he was useless and only offered me a oil change or a tire rotation for robbing me of my 20,000 mile service!! They can keep their tire rotation! I will never go back and many people will know about my experience with Route 44 Toyota!!! Buyer Beware!!!!!! More

Just got the tires for twice the price of a tire shop and got the ‘ nothing we could do for the odometer’ which was my major concern. If I could give them 0 stars I would. They need major customer service training- starts at the top with Tim Bruno and John Pina- not a drop of empathy, ethics or professionalism. The service manager and advisers were decent enough, but missed some major steps and cost us time and lots of money. The culture starts at the top and trickles down. Customers deserve better. What should have been a $1500 valve spring job cost me over $8000 for a full blown engine replacement because they skipped a standard diagnostic for compression, a leak down test. It’s like skipping an X-ray and amputating an arm..they told me they did all they could to identify the cause and that this was the most cost efficient avenue. All lies and so they can make more money. Stay away unless you want to be treated disrespectfully and manipulated. More

Service Department swindle. My pre-paid (“free”) extended maintenance service cost me $127. Quite a scam. Got it partially reduced & they blamed it on a computer glitch after a 20 minute runaround. Not to mention they did not address a warning light I mentioned as a safety concern. Went there for a 4 pm appt and they pushed me out the door at 5. Went back 10 minutes later and doors locked & no one home. Felt like a classic bait & switch to me. More
