Bought a new Sienna in 2008. Needed a drive train warranty replacement. Car had to be in shop over the course of several hours and the dealer wouldn't provide a replacement vechile unless I paid $35. warranty replacement. Their service department is great. The employees are very friendly and efficient. I had been getting my car serviced at a different dealership in the Boston area, and the wait times were always painfully lon friendly and efficient. I had been getting my car serviced at a different dealership in the Boston area, and the wait times were always painfully long. It took forever for other dealers to get parts and tires for my vehicle, whereas when I started going to Route 44 the wait was less than half that at the other dealership. They even went out of their way to order me parts I needed and called when they were going to arrive. They really care about their customers, something I had noticed was lacking at other dealerships. During our experience there, we listened to comments from at least three of their managers. Even things that they were saying to other people made me just want to leave. We were embarrassed. They should have known better. The facility was depressing. It was not comfortable. They needed an interior decorator--or something. I suggest that you simply steer clear. More
