We called back and received know direct answer and still awaiting some positive contact regarding the listed advertisement for the vehicle. I'm curious to see if they honor what they list especially since listed for numerous weeks at a certain price on multiple sites. So far let's see. Maybe the little guy will get a break for once. Integrity is everything right?! We will see tomorrow....maybe! Will return. More

This dealership has got to be one of the worst dealerships I have dealt with. They advertised a price of the vehicle as $38,995. We took vehicle for test drive and the alignment is off and there dealerships I have dealt with. They advertised a price of the vehicle as $38,995. As we start discussing numbers they tell us the price is now $51,000 because we are not financing through them. When called out on it, especially cause it doesn’t say it anywhere in their advertisement, they lowered the price back down. Asked them to take a deposit to hold truck while I get my bank check, they told me they don’t and if someone came in they would sell it out from under us to make an extra $3000 of finance fees. Then they put a $4000 certification fee on the paperwork. I tell them I don’t want it and they tell me it’s not optional. I asked them what it covers and they can’t even tell me what it covers until we sign the paperwork. While we were there, they told us they have another appointment coming in for this vehicle. When we walked out, called us within minutes of walking out. They told us that they made it up and didnt have any other appointments for the truck and to come back to dealership to make a deal. Milton called me back and left a message and I tried to call him back but never got a response. The dealership called me like 3 times since and I explained I was waiting for a call and no one called back. I have never dealt with shadiness like this before and bought several cars. I guess all the previous negative reviews were true. They More

If I could give this dealership a 0 I would. One of the worst experiences I can remember. Next the complete devaluation of my trade with insults ranging from…..This car is a real Picasso to did you paint this car yourself? In an attempt to completely destroy any value my 2010 Honda Accord had left. I get comments all the time on how well kept and nice my car is for the year, but this guy was clearly looking to steal my trade coming back with a ridiculous number, meanwhile every dealership I had been to offered me 3k more than what he did, I took It as an insult. Then, more shenanigans. So the car I am looking at was priced at 19995 on Cars.com. When we sat down to talk about the price there was a $3995 Market adjustment price on the multitude of nickel and diming little charges…….when all was said and done he wanted 27000 for a 2017 Honda Accord. No matter how you slice it, it’s False advertising 101. It’s not legal, and on top of all else treating people like they need you, meanwhile the dealership was completely empty and morale of everyone I met was dismal at best. Steer completely clear of this place! They are not interested in doing business like gentleman. A three ring circus with a bunch of washed up used car salespeople that have a bad reputation for good reason. This is why they get the bad rep within the business world. In this climate you can at least make an effort not to insult people, and make them feel like you are trying. I will buy a car elsewhere, where I’m treated with dignity, and respect. And don’t contact me and tell me that you are sorry about my experience. Look at all of the negative reviews that sound a lot line mine and make your assumptions from them, I don’t ever want to hear from anyone there….EVER! So don’t waste your time trying! More
