My Review Of Rowe Westbrook:

Fantastic, Jason greeted me & asked me what I was interested in, asked me immediately if I wanted to test drive the car, which I did. We talked price, told him I would not buy until I drove it at night. I am older & I wanted really good lights, he was going home but offered to stay & I told him no I could test drive with someone else. I kept teasing him that he was a typical salesman, extremely out going, just great. I am here to tell you Hyundai was on my list but at the bottom, Toyota, Honda,Subaru & Nissan, but I went down to Saco where all the car dealers are, the toyota salesman walked me around the building and way in back (now half way there I asked him how much further because I had a soft cast on my foot & he said not far HA!) so I liked the car & asked him for keys to sit in it & hopefully test drive it & he did NOT have them & did NOT offer to go get them & because I had told him what I was willing to spend ( which it was in my price range) but he didn't think I could get them to go down some & told me to go on line & I would get a better price & he gave me the name of a salesman at Subaru & I went there & he told me they had nothing in my price range I was there less than 5 min. After I left Jason in the afternoon I went & test drove Nissan's, I had learned my lesson from Saco & just told him the 2 I wanted to test drive & drove them & then asked what the best deal I could get was, I was not happy with it asked them if they could do better, they said no so I informed them that I was buy the Accent, when they asked why I told them not much different in price & Accent had a better warranty & was a 2013 & Left! Went back to Rowe test drove in the dark, great headlights. Of all the salesmen I talked to Jason was the only one who seemed to take me seriously, He is extremely outgoing, sat me in the car immediately showed me everything & off we drove & I went back the next day & bought it & Rowe can thank Jason for that!!

Jason was excellent to deal with. He was very professional, patient, friendly, and did not pressure us to hurry into a decision. We would recommend him in a minute to my friends. Ray was very helpful with our financing and very friendly. He created a comfortable atmosphere for us which was appreciated!

My Review Of Rowe Westbrook:

Frustrated in shopping around at dealerships in my area and playing typical sales games. I stopped into Rowe on my way vacationing for the weekend and talked with Kevin Callnan who was very friendly and wasn't about the usual games. I had nice seamless purchase and would definately shop there again.

I found both Ken Sweet and Chris Blanchard to be very accommodating . We found Ken Sweet to be friendly and accommodating with meeting my request for changes that we wanted done to the truck before purchasing,He made arrangements to have these changes done in the same time period as the sale was taking place. .I appreciated ken's quick responses to my e-mails,explaining the operation of my new truck,and his honesty during the buying/selling process.I will ask for both of these sales guys again if and when the need arises in the future. I love my new truck !

My Review Of Rowe Westbrook:

I love my new 2013 ford fusion. The people at Rowe are very nice and worked hard to get the price per month I was looking for with a good interest rate. The only thing I wish could have been a little better is the price for the car I traded in. Over all I would recomend Rowe to anyone that was looking for a new car and I will continue to go to Rowe for my future purchases.

Ken Sweet is personable, knowledgeable, and an asset to the Rowe sales team. Ken was a great help when our youngest son purchased a used car and to us when we purchased a new 2013 Escape. I would recommend Ken and Rowe Ford to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

Mr. Burns went above and beyond "customer service" to make me feel comfortable with the complete process of purchasing my car. He was very knowledgeable, and at no time did I feel pressured to buy. Mr. Burns made me feel important whether I bought a vehicle or not. I would recommend the dealorship, and Jason Burns to anyone.

My Review Of Rowe Westbrook:

Ken Sweet made a terrible experience at another dealership an excellent life changing experience at Rowe Ford. I needed a larger vehicle because of recent changes in my life and rising repair cost of my vehicle so I wanted to trade in my car. Because of my financial situation I didn't think I could afford a quality used car. So I found a vehicle at a dealer on Craigslist out of State that I thought was in my price range and convinced myself that this was my only option and I traded my car for a SUV that would suit my needs. Very soon I found out I had truly made a bad purchase decision but I had no option to undo my mistake and I had the biggest case of buyer's remorse.

Just prior to my terrible purchase I had gone online on to the Rowe Ford website as my co-workers had mentioned how great they were treated and the great deal they accuired. I filled out a credit application and Ken Sweet contacted me and discussed my options. He provided me some options but I could not bring myself to the idea anyone could help me in my financial situation without coming out with a huge car payment on a very used vehicle so I declined his assistance and went onto make my awful decision to go out of state.

I was so depressed! So here I was driving home from my first day back at work with my out of state purchase that I was truly embrassed to show up at work driving and my phone rings. It is Ken! He called back, not knowing of my recent purchase, to follow up with another offer on a vehicle that he had that he felt would meet my needs. I explained to him of my poor judgement with my recent purchase. He offered me his assistance in making life all right again and asked me to come see him.

From the moment I arrived at Rowe Ford Westbrook I was treated with exceptional service. Ken had the vehicle he wanted to show me parked right up front, After a test drive and a quick appraisal Ken worked with Chris Blanchard and they made me an exceptional offer that I could not pass up. I was able to purchase a great quality pre-owned 2006 Kia Sedona that is an exceptional vehicle with an extended warranty. I now have the security of driving many care free miles with a payment that I can easily afford. It was like Ken was my guardian angel when he reached out and called me because I swear I thought my life was stuck with my prior bad experience. He told me he would make things right for me and most importantly my wife who was not excited about my bad purchase. Ken did make it right, just as he promised and he made things more right than he will ever know and I thank him for being so proactive and reaching out to me when he did.

My wife and I are so impressed with Ken, Chris and the sales exprience we received at Rowe Ford and I urge everyone to consider Rowe for your next vehicle purchase because like me it could be a life changing event.

My Review Of Rowe Westbrook:

This was a great experience. When I arrived at Rowe Westbrook I was casually great by Cyndy Dambrie. I was very pleased that I was not over run by 4 or 5 sales people. I have had that happen at other dealerships. Fundy worked very hard to help me get into the beautiful toyota. I also had the pleasure of working with Chris Blanchard. He also worked very hard to get me approved for the toyota. I was approved. Once approved the car was taking to the service department. They cleaned the car and put a new sticker on it. The price of the car I wanted had been dropped down in price by 2,000.00. The price was perfect! I will he recommending Rowe to all my friends. They are all very kind and made you feel welcome!! Thank you everyone at Rowe Westbrook!!
