Exceeded my expectations! Generally I'm not a fan of dealerships but purchasing a vehicle from this one gave me hope that their are some good ones out there! I was nervous with this process due to all the scams I see and hear about but this business earned my trust. Everything was very legit. This all wouldn't have been possible without the help of the amazing sales rep Moe! For a car sales rep he is the sweetest, most responsive, very knowledgeable, efficient, patient, most available, no pressure, and much more kind of guy! I don't think my whole experience would have been half as delightful if it wasn't for him! If I could choose who to purchase my next vehicle from it would be hands down Moe! I wish I could have him be my personal car sales rep in the future! What I liked the most was how he NEVER made me feel pressured and always made time to communicate with me which meant a lot since I am out of state. I never felt like I was out of the loop or that things were happening that I wasn't aware of. Also I truly appreciate his dedication to ensure I was satisfied and any question I asked, I got an answer. Even if he didn't know the answer, I appreciate that he would always find the answer. Moe deserves a raise or higher percentage of commission because without him, I dont know if this deal would of went through due to my insecurities about online car shopping. Moe has changed my perspective and I'm grateful for the hope he gave me with that! Honestly, I can't talk highly enough about him! He is a very nice man and I'm almost a little sad that I didn't get to meet him in person... Great inventory & great personnel Was attracted to Royal Auto because they sold Audi's, Volvo's, and VW's. Started out looking at pre-owned, certified, Audi's & Volvo's. Ideally want Was attracted to Royal Auto because they sold Audi's, Volvo's, and VW's. Started out looking at pre-owned, certified, Audi's & Volvo's. Ideally wanted a manual transmission, AWD, station wagon. Rebecca Saint was our first salesperson, and she showed us some Audi's and Volvo's, but (of course) they don't make a manual transmission auto. Rebecca found a pre-owned VW that did have a manual transmission. She wasn't familiar with the VW line of cars, so she introduced us to the VW agency across the street. We then spoke with Paris Orozco, who assured us that VW produces a manual transmission, AWD, station wagon - and that they had several in stock. We later made arrangements to come back (it was late in the day, and we needed to get home) and see the car that we were looking for. Paris accomodated our price request, and loan arrangements, and handed us off to Angela for all the paperwork. Angela was delightful, efficient, and very knowledgeable about her area in the sales process. More
