Not only was Josh informative, meticulous, patient and pleasant to deal with, he went above and beyond until we met Josh Barlow at Royal Buick GMC. Not only was Josh informative, meticulous, patient and pleasant to deal with, he went above and beyond the call of duty to assist us in securing the car we wanted. Josh answered all of our questions and when he was unable to he sort out the answers we were seeking. After experiencing several other dealerships and coming away with grave disappointments, Josh and Royal Buick renewed our faith in excellent car shopping experiences. Josh Barlow was the point person from the very first inquiry about the car on line to the negotiation of a good price to securing my permanent plates. All of the sales staff I met with during the purchase procedure were very friendly and answered all my questions. The used car I purchased was beyond clean and totally perfect!!! I submitted a request and Josh quickly contacted me about the suburban in question. He invited my wife and me in for a test drive. The suburban was everything we were looking for but what really impressed us was Josh's attention to explain every feature the vehicle offered. The customer service at Royal is fantastic the people are very friendly. The price was just what we were looking to spend. The whole process was enjoyable. I look forward to a continued relationship with Royal and being a satisfied customer for years to come. I have been a very satisfied customer for 12 years. I leased my first Pontiac Grand Prix GTP in 2000 and traded in my leased car every four years. I just traded in my Pontiac G8 GT for a 2012 Buick Regal Turbo (I do miss my Pontiac G8 GT) but the Buick is a real nice car (unfortunately, Pontiac went out of business so I still chose to stay with Royal GMC). I went to several other GMC Dealerships closer to my home before going to Royal and had very bad experiences with the sales people. There is absolutely no comparison, Royal Buick GMC is a pleasure to do business with and their Service Department is outstanding. Keep up the good work everyone! More
