My experience with Royal Nissan was extremely disappointing. I brought my 2020 Nissan Pathfinder in after noticing a rattling noise and concerns about the engine. At the time, I was told there we disappointing. I brought my 2020 Nissan Pathfinder in after noticing a rattling noise and concerns about the engine. At the time, I was told there were no issues that needed attention. Later, the problem worsened and I was informed that the vehicle needed a major timing chain repair with an estimated to exceed the value of the vehicle. What is frustrating is that I raised concerns early and trusted the dealership's assessment. Had the issue been properly diagnosed when it was first reported, I may have been able to avoid a catastrophic and extremely expensive repair. Instead, I am now facing a repair bill that exceeds the value of the vehicle. I understand that vehicles can have mechanical problems, but customers rely on dealership technicians to accurately identify and address concerns when they are brought in. I left feeling unheard and unsupported throughout the process. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this dealership. I hope they improve their diagnostic process and customer care so other customers do not find themselves in a similar situation. More
3rd schedule for oil change and tire rotation since I purchased my car. Each time I have gone there I was in and out in no time. Less than 30 minute each visit. SAVANNAH MARTIN rocks, she offered if I ne purchased my car. Each time I have gone there I was in and out in no time. Less than 30 minute each visit. She explain every thing they did to my vehicle and during the inspection certain things needs attention but she not once pressured me to get things fix.. smile and seemed very happy at her position. Louis Freeman was the best salesman. I called him to tell him what I wanted. Not 30 minutes later, he said, "When you get off, come get your vehicle; it will be ready."
