I have 2010 jaguar xf, bought from Rusnak jaguar Pasadena ca. They not only put my life in danger but refused to pay for repair.I was driving on freeway,there was no bang or hit , suddenly car started wobbling lt to rt.Barely I parked car on rt shoulder. Cop came & said your axel of rear driver wheel is broken,he was surprised how it happened. I toed the car to rusnank jaguar & they refused to repair it ,asked for 6ooo$, when my car has extended warrenty of 100000 miles.There is no sign of hitting or banging from outside..Wheet got damaged because axel got broke. I have only 35000miles on car

I found Bill and then Sam to be very concerned about our needs and desires. They were very focused on getting us a new car without being overly foceful. Process to negotiate, test drive vehicle, complete and sign forms was pleasant and efficient. Dealing with such professional group at Rusnak Jaguar made me realize how easy it can be to purchase a vehicle. These guys are friendly, easy going, and helpful. No hassles at all! I do recommend Rusnak.

Great personalized service where you are treated as an individual rather then a cash carrying mark ripe for a quick sale. No pressure atmosphere where personal service, including housecalls are included as part of customer service.

These guys are awesome. Their competitor Gallon practically threw me out of their dealership citing it was too early to get me out of my lease into a new one. So i called the guys over at Rusnak, they brought me in, although the deal to be made was a bit challenging, they pulled it off thanks to their manager Sam. All these guys were friendly, and have provided me with great service every time i take my car in for service. FYI, I have been a Galpin customer for over 10 years, and I'm proud to say I will be a Rusnak customer from here on out. Make sure you go and see them for Jaguars.

After 2 negative experiences a long time ago, I walked in to this dealer while waiting for my rep at another dealership, just to browse without a genuine interest in Jaguar.

Onnig is the reason I chose Jaguar this time. His honest, committed, and consultative approach made me feel that he was truly an advocate for me in the car buying process.

The entire team seems different from my experiences 3-4 years ago. This new team, from Yohan Haddad the manager to John Assad in finance, a terrific experience.

Eden Esparza is exceptional. She really goes out of her way to make sure the customer is 100% satisfied, and that everything gets done right and on time. I have a dealership 2 miles from my house, and tried to get service there once, and it was terrible. I drive 30 miles to get my car serviced with Eden at Rusnak because it is definitely worth it.
