My Pilot came in over two weeks ago for a seatbelt buckled, but constantly dinging and showing not buckled. They have seen this before and am waiting for parts. 2+ weeks and still no parts. I cannot take it anymore with passengers in the vehicle. Safety is being jeopardized as kids don’t like the ding either and unbuckle, creating a huge safety issue that Honda or Darrow hasn’t been able to address. Need this resolved ASAP. Up coming cross country trip is around the corner. More
Your Lyft process for getting customers home is flawed and inconsistent. The recall on the fuel pump was done incorrectly and it resulted in the car stalling in traffic. Called twice to get a tow and twice both service representatives answered and failed to help. Me asking for a service manager got me sent to a voicemail while stuck in traffic. Finally received service and a tow and was told if it’s discovered to be the Honda dealership fault they will cover the tow. Great reassurance while I’m in traffic. Having left your dealership 30 minutes prior. Overall. The experience involving the Lyft issues all the way to a fuel pump installed incorrectly has left me with very little confidence in this dealership. More
