Katie was great. I was very pleased with the service at the dealership. From checking in to picking up my car, everything was easy. But most importantly, I appreciate I was very pleased with the service at the dealership. From checking in to picking up my car, everything was easy. But most importantly, I appreciated her help in getting the information on the service plan I purchased at original dealership, that enabled me to save several hundred dollars on this service. The only thing I would comment on is that the car was washed on outside, which is great, but not vacuumed on the inside. The other dealership did that, and I guess that was my expectation at Russ Darrow. Perhaps that’s something you’d consider in the future. Thanks again. More

Wife took vehicle into dealership due for service. Not only that dealer forgot to order my wife her uber since they don’t obviously give rental vehicles anymore and my wife had to call the dealer when no uber showed up at time she was told they would arrive. Dealer forgot to order uber. Will not come back or entertain bad services from an unprofessional dealer. I will continue to go to where I have been. More
