The customer service is horrible. Aletha Wall has been giving me the run around every since I brought my vehicle in on 7-27-24. It is now August 5. Dealer was waiting for the Traverse to get delivered which took a 1-1/2 weeks to get to Monroe, and it took three days to get ready for purchase.
