While shopping for a new vehicle (minivan) for my wife, we found one we liked at Concord Cars Goshen location but it had just been sold. Jason took notes on what we wanted/needed and called us within a week to let us know he had found what were looking for, and indeed it was just what we needed at the price we had expected. Most recently we purchased a Ram 1500 after another great round of service from Jason. After looking at the different options on the lot, we (my wife) found the one we liked. It was extremely clean, well maintained and had just had new tires installed. The process for the purchase was quick and easy and they even gave it a bath before we left. While we were there one of the other reps even gave my 3 daughters each a hot wheels car! Over the top custome service. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone else. More

Also after he answered our questions he let us look around without feeling pressured and gave us our privacy and said he would be back to answer more questions if we had any. We liked that a lot so right away we felt the difference with all other dealerships we went too. Our sales person had a really good personality which, I think makes a big difference. We felt very comfortable with him and asked with ease all questions we had. Overall we had a wonderful experience in Concord Cars Inc. More

Disapointed customer We did plenty of research and located a van through Concord Cars in late April 2015. We met with the car salesman, Joe, who was nice. We talked with Joe who was not pushy through the sales process. Once we settled on the price and shook, that is when it went completely downhill... 1) My father saw that the passenger mirror was broke underneath which was not seen prior. 2) We discovered the A/C was not working an hour after leaving the lot (when we test drove it, the temperature outside was in the high 40's). When we talked about the mirror during the sales process, Joe sighed and said that he couldn't go "any lower," and eventually said "ok. we will fix it." Joe signed a letter stating that they would fix the passenger mirror (will get to the outcome of this later in my review)...Joe said the person who inspects the vehicles should have seen it and that "we do not sell cars like this......" Once we noticed the A/C, I called Joe and took the van back to the lot and Joe said they would fix the A/C, because "we do not sell cars like this." Fixing the A/C took four weeks of them trying to "order the part," and "it costing $700." When I asked if I could get a receipt of what they fixed (so my mechanic could know in the future if it breaks again), Joe told me "no; just know that it is fixed......." With the mirror, it took six weeks for them to order the part. Once they were able to finally order the part, Joe told me "you will have to get it installed..." Very nice of him to "pawn" the part onto me and make me do it, despite having the form stating they would fix it...That will be an additional $30 dollars through my mechanic to get it fixed...... In conclusion, I would NOT recommend this car dealership to anyone, unless you get a very detailed inspection prior to purchase. I also would not believe anything they say, due to having to make a phone call at least weekly (sometimes twice a week) to follow up on the repairs and be told that it will be "next week." I personally will not return to this dealership and will encourage my friends/family to not visit them as well. I know that I am an extremely laid back person and am not pushy, which may be the reason why I was put on the "back burner." More

I live 4 hrs. away from Concord Cars but was interested in a vehicle they had. The price was well below book value. My salesman was Bob T. he was very thurogh with the vehicle insp. and described it exactl in a vehicle they had. The price was well below book value. Bob had everything in order by the time I got there (at 9pm. on a holiday) and I purchused the vehicle. This was by far the best vehicle transaction I have ever had. we were wanting a toyota car, saw a 2011 camry we love it and said we like this car can you get us financed they said NO PROBLEM, so 3 days later Kevin tells us were APPROVED, so we arrive to the car lot and and said we like this car can you get us financed they said NO PROBLEM, so 3 days later Kevin tells us were APPROVED, so we arrive to the car lot and there ready for me to sign away, I start signing and I see the odometer statement it says 36,000 miles, i asked the Camry we wanted had 22K miles. the salesman Kevin goes it the same car and color mile is nothing and this car was 2500 dollars more, I said when were you going to tell me this was not the car I picked out, asked that 3 times and he got defensive and started to attack my dignity because we have credit problems, I told him I dont deal with cheats, good bye. More
