My initial experience with this dealership was horrible. Shannon and Thomas are service writers at this location and their customer service and professionalism are far below sub-par. After three months of calling, stopping by, sending emails etc and neither of them returning my call regarding replacing the parking brake cable (which they had the part for) on my vehicle. If my last interaction with this dealership was with either of them, I would not go back and would file a complaint with Ford. Having said that I attempted one more time to get the needed repairs done. When I walked in the service department Kayla met me with a smile and instantly got me in front of the service manager to resolve this issue. I met with Scott (the service manager) and after explaining how his staff behaved towards me insured that the needed repairs would be done two days later and we scheduled an appointment. The driver Ron was very pleasant as well. Kayla made the drop off and pick up process a breeze. Each time I was there she met me with a smile, handshake and paperwork. She maintained excellent communication during the entire process. I would like to give Sons a five-star rating because of my final interaction with them. However, it did still take three months and a lot of headache and annoyance to get a three-hour repair done. In the end Kayla and Scott went above and beyond to improve my experience. I would recommend this service department but I would not recommend dealing with Thomas or Shannon. Not sure how they still have a job there. More

I made a service appointment on the Sons Ford web site for Ford's Customer Satisfaction Program 21B10 for my 2018 F150. This CSP is for an update to the powertrain control module (PCM) to increase oil flo for Ford's Customer Satisfaction Program 21B10 for my 2018 F150. This CSP is for an update to the powertrain control module (PCM) to increase oil flow to the cam phasers. This is supposed to help prevent a rattling noise in the engine and when it's done Ford gives you an extended warranty if the cam phasers fail. After making the 45-minute drive over to Auburn a very unfriendly service advisor told me that they would not do the update unless the engine was already making the noise. This makes no logical sense because the update is supposed to prevent the noise which can cost over $3,000 to fix. I would give this dealer zero stars for refusing to perform the service required by Ford and for having very unhelpful employees if that was an option. More

Sales department great but service department has Very bad communication skills I am still waiting for a call about a tire and wheel . I have never dealt with a more incompetent and underhanded dealership in my life. And we've bought a lot of cars. They obtained the incorrect payoff on my car. Apparently they can't follow cle underhanded dealership in my life. And we've bought a lot of cars. They obtained the incorrect payoff on my car. Apparently they can't follow clear directions when calling a finance company. So they claimed to be the owner, not a dealer. I specifically told the salesman that I had to have payoff or no deal. He told me he got payoff. We drove from Atlanta to Auburn to purchase the car. Once home and after having the car for a few weeks, I found out that the dealership didn't even send the correct paperwork to the tag office. This is when I found out that they hadn't paid off my trade. I called and they said they had gotten the incorrect payoff. That I needed to come up with an additional $4500. Excuse me? I have to pay for your incompetence?? That's not happening. So apparently they sold my trade in. Without paying it off. Without a title. Nothing but scammers. Stay far far away. I hate that I have to even give them one star. More

Horrible service techs just now Kept my newly purchased car for 45 days to fix a fuel guage not working. Tore the under cover of the front bumper. Had to fix it myself.
