The personnel at Saccucci Honda were knowledgeable, helpful, courteous and not the least bit pushy about purchasing a vehicle. Gayle Testa
was the sales rep. that I dealt with and she did an overall excellent job answering all of my questions and quickly locating a vehicle that met my requirements. She is a credit to Saccucci Honda.Kellyann Barrett did an excellent job with the loan application , title work & other
required paperwork.
I would definitely use Saccucci Honda in the future & would request Gayle Testa as the sales rep..

My Review Of Saccucci Honda:

We buy cars at intervals of ten years. So when we do buy we want professional, fair, and attentive service. Gayle made the car purchase process as simple as it could be. Of course there was the back and forth on price, but we reached an agreement that we both could live with. She didn't press hard on the add ons when it was obvious we weren't interested. The car was ready when she said it would be, she made sure we knew how everything worked (down to setting the clock for DST), she offered to set the radio stations, demonstrated all its features, and even had me drive around the block to make certain I was good to go. She's puts the "Mom" in the term Salesperson.

Gayle's attentive and superb customer service and the fact that Saccucci is family owned, pristine and clean, and local made the purchase a no-brainer. We look forward to using our new Honda for many years, will have it serviced at Saccucci, and will recommend Gayle highly to everyone we know.

Everyone was very friendly especially the salesperson when it was discovered that repairs to my current car would be almost $3,000 and explained to me all the pluses for leasing a new car instead of repairing the old one and I was convinced that it was the way to go. I love my new Honda!

My Review Of Saccucci Honda:

We went to Saccucci to find a more user friendly vehicle in regard to entering and exiting. I have arthritic knees. She has had problems getting out of the sports car type seat in my 2007 Honda civic. I liked the civic but we had to get something else. Within minutes Gayle led us to the right vehicle. A Honda CRV that was used. We did look at a brand new CRV; but the first one that Gayle showed us was the right one as far as comfort to get in and out of. Very nice experience purchasing a vehicle at Saccucci All of the staff has been good to me during prior service and the questions asked when I didn't understand.

I am from Texas and Saccucci was recommended for Hondacare on many of the owner forums. I was very impressed with responsiveness of the quote to completing my Hondacare purchase. Gardiner was helpful and and answered all my questions. In addition to great purchase experience, the price was unbeatable. My local Honda dealer couldn't even come close even though I purchased a brand new Odyssey from him.

My Review Of Saccucci Honda:

Jeff Field is a wonderful representative of this dealership. the dealership is clean and well run. We met the "third generation" of Saccuccis who works int he dealership. All the staff is attentive and pleasant and very easy to work with. My husband and I own insurance agencies for over 40 years and know about customer service and how to help and satisfy customers.... old school.... as I would say. This "family busines" is a very fine example of fine customer service!!!
