My Review of Saccucci Honda:
Dealer flat out lied and then the owner's daughter told me if I didn't like it, I could buy a car somewhere else.

After agreeing to an internet price over the phone for a Honda Pilot, I came to the dealership and was told the price would be $780 higher since the salesperson wasn't aware there was a tow package on the vehicle. I politely informed them that they had agreed to the original price over the phone and they then said that price was no longer valid.

It is a good thing Carol's mom gives her a job because I can't imagine anyone else would ever employ someone as rude, deceitful, and unhelpful (and ugly) as her.

My Review of Saccucci Honda:
My experience at Saccucci Lincoln Mercury Honda was everything I could have dreamed. I have already bought two cars from them and am planning on my next. Both the sales and service departments are extremely helpful and friendly. I even had a chance to speak with the owners and they were truly beautiful women, all smiles all the time, making my experience at the dealership unforgettable. I would not take my vehicle anywhere else, and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone.

My Review of Saccucci Honda:
I have been a customer for over 17 years. Each purchase has been a positive experience, with no sales pressure. The Saccucci family has always been pleasant and professional with our family. Both my son and daughter purchased their first car from this dealership.

The parts and service departments have been exceptional. I'm always treated fairly by their staff. Over the years, they have assisted my family members in a number of emergency situations.

I have referred a number of friends and business associates to this dealership. They are a "good citizen" within our community, and I will continue to support them with my business.

My Review of Saccucci Honda:
Scam artists who would rather stiff arm me then answer simple questions. They have a large sign in the service department that recommends 5,000 mile oil changes. I asked why they didn't have some clarification for that blanket statement when my 2004 Accord Owner's Manual recommends 10,000 mile oil changes for normal driving conditions. They pawned me off on American Honda who tried to help but still didn't answer my questions.
I followed up with more questions asking if they had any evidence backing up their blanket 5,000 mile recommendation, if they explained to customers that 5,000 miles was a Saccucci recommendation and not a Honda recommendation, and if they in fact used Honda 5W-20 oil for their in house changes.
I was abruptly told to take my business elsewhere by the owners daughter. Good thing her mom gives her a job.
