The Service Dept processing was very efficient and prompt. Everyone was attentive and welcoming, and quick to point out accommodations for anyone who was intent on staying at the dealership, or if oth prompt. I made an appointment like 5 days in advance, I dropped the car off 10 minutes early. I waited on the work to be done in the lounge area, The car did NOT enter the shop until 1.5 hrs. later this was with a the car off 10 minutes early. I waited on the work to be done in the lounge area, The car did NOT enter the shop until 1.5 hrs. later this was with an appointment made in advance so this is NOT excusable. Why have appointments if Not Honored? I wanted a Full transmission flush and the ticket was written up as such too. I saw the car get a drain and fill through the bay shop window through the lounge & didn't know why? When the car was ready to be picked up, I was going to be charged for the Full Flush service that was never done on the ticket !! I informed the service man at checkout this service wasn't done and he went and spoke to the mechanic that did the work. I was told this car couldn't get a Flush and only could get a drain & fill. I'm quite fine with that if the service ticket would have been adjusted by the mechanic doing the work & wasn't. If I did NOT see the car being worked on I would have been charged for something I did not get !! This is flat out wrong. This is why the Bad review. Most any other place would have given a Nice discount on what just happened but I didn't get that from the service dept. It will likely be a very long time before I ever come back and I even bought my car from you as well NEW.. I've been a loyal customer. Not blaming the person at the service check out desk because he didn't know but the mechanic that should have adjusted the work order ticket & didn't. More
As usual, I was very pleased with the service I received. My car was unreliable in starting and an initial diagnosis was that a new starter was needed which had to be ordered. However, on further investigation, this was not the issue. Jonathan called me to explain and the problem was fixed. My car was ready the same day. What a relief! More
