I came into the dealership just to test drive an Outback Wilderness to help me narrow down my choices for a potential new purchase to replace my aging Chevy Colorado with over 234 thousand miles. Anthony, my salesman was great from the moment we communicated before I went to the dealership. He was very patient and understanding when I was having issues with misunderstood and/or misrepresente communicated before I went to the dealership. He was very patient and understanding when I was having issues with misunderstood and/or misrepresented information about my trade in. The issues were not with Anthony, but with finance and upper management. It took a while to work everything out. When the other two gentlemen were getting frustrated/angry with me, Anthony kept his professionalism intact!! If it hadn't been for Anthony's friendly demeanor, I might have walked out without trading up. Once the deal was done (after 3 1/2 hours!!!) and Anthony was taking me to the car I was buying, I felt like the other gentlemen were sighing a sigh of relief that I was gone. I truly feel like they were most likely referring to me as the bitchy old lady once I left. I bought my trade in as a new car at this dealership just over 3 years ago and it was a wonderful experience. That is why I drove almost 1 1/2 hours to go back to this dealership. Not so sure I would do that again. Didn't feel like the same place. Started out nice, but ended up stressed. I couldn't wait to get out of there! Thank you Anthony for making me feel comfortable and welcome while I was working with you, inspite of the other issues. More
