Horrible sales and service... lies, so many lies Drove 3 hours after negotiating on the phone. Ignore you and Todd Hicks will get u to sign papers that cover their xxx. Don't trust them. I'm ~$600 above negotiated price, have a broken mirror, 2000 higher miles, and couldn't drive it for a week cause they didn't provide the paperwork after a month. Please be smarter than I. More

I received a call today from both the GM and Charlie to discuss my concerns. Charlie apologized for being rude to me and that there was just a break down in communication. I agreed with his assessment and accepted his apology whole heartily. It takes a big man with great character to reach out with an apology, I had the privilege of meeting that man today.
