I bought my Jeep from Herleich Jeep in Pocomoke, MD. I took my vehicle for service on the same issue 3 times. When I took it there the 4th time, the Service Mgr refused me service. I called the Safford service department, they told me to come to them. I went there and my vehicle was fixed properly in less than 2 hours. The staff were awesome! There was very little follow up after oil change and coolant flush from the dealership. The service associate related that she would be providing a complimentary 3month trial of XM radio that did not coolant flush from the dealership.
